BOLDLY NOT ARROGANTLY

BOLDLY NOT ARROGANTLY
"Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." Hebrews 4:14-16 ISV
To come boldly is to come with courage that is, to come with the quality of a confident character not to be afraid or intimidated easily but without being incautious or inconsiderate.
The world is today filled up with different right groups; human rights, women rights, child rights and all of the rights and in a way, some preachers of the gospel uphold sonship rights over and above holy living, reverential fear and walking in the Spirit.
O Comrade, our attitude when we approach God our Father determines whether we will obtain mercy and find grace or not. We come boldly because we have confidence in the finished work on the cross that makes us acceptable sons to our Father. But coming arrogantly(incautiously) because we are sons and God has no choice will get us nowhere with God.
No believer can have more rights in Jehovah God than Jesus. Learn reverential fear from Him as you relate with the Father and it will do you good. Think about it.
Shalom.
