"For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him" 2 Chron. 16:9.
In 2Chron. 25:2, a king called Amaziah was said to have done what was right before the Lord but unfortunately, heaven could detect he did it not with a perfect heart.
But in the scriptural verse above we see that the LORD is eager to show Himself strong in the behalf of men but not just any man; those whose hearts are perfect toward him.
A perfect heart is that heart that seeks to bring glory to God in all things; a heart that will share testimony of God's faithfulness not to show hearers "level has changed" or "we're not where they thought we shall always be" but to glorify God and strengthen the faith of listeners.
Who could tell maybe God is not showing Himself mighty yet over that your case because your heart in still imperfect?
O comrade, with what heart are you doing what you do? In whatever you do, don't forget you need to deploy a perfect heart to have God's approval and further intervention.
May we practically grow the perfect heart God desires to see in us so that He can show Himself mighty on our behalf.
Shalom
