BE FOCUSED

"Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
A farmer friend one once told me that the reason why dogs easily catch monkeys is because when a monkey is on the run, it intermittently stops to look back to see whether the dog is catching up with it or not.
Most times that is how most of us behave; we keep dwelling in the past and this slows us down.
O comrade, we have a great journey ahead of us yet we have too little time. Don't let the devil distract you with your past failures. No matter what you have done wrong in the past, since it has passed, don't dwell in it. Rather, repent, learn from it and move on.
Be focused O comrade, time waits for no one.
