TRUE GREATNESS
"So David waxed greater and greater: for the LORD of hosts was with him." 1Chron.11:9
Greatness in the world is measured by abundance of possessions but in the kingdom of our God, though a man may possess a lot of things yet those are not the criteria for measuring his greatness. Greatness in the kingdom is measured "Godward" and not "materialward".
David was a man of valour, full of skills, having mighty soldiers at his beck and call yet it was said that David became great only because the Lord was with him.
O comrade, have you been told if you want to be great, get connected, get educated, get skilled, utilize your talents/gifts etc? Even though these are good yet if you don't secure the presence of Jehovah God in your life, you're of all men the most miserable.
Every other things you possess can accumulate the perishables for you but to be truly great, get the presence of Jehovah God. This is more real than the reality that you have eyes to read this piece. Matt. 6:33
