"And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.. HEB. 11:6 NLT
The world is currently undergoing some changes that will strain and shake men. And if care is not taken, many will throw away their faith in God and adopt flesh dictated survival methods.
Sometimes, God allows His people to pass through some situations simply to teach them a lesson. In Deuteronomy 8, God made Israel to pass through some difficulties only to teach them that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that shall come out of His mouth.
O comrade, faith is looking up to God for supplies of needs, faithlessness is looking around. Are you called of God into the ministry? Faith is looking up to God Who called you for supply of both personal and ministerial needs; faithlessness is organizing programmes not instructed by God or devising selfish means of fund raising; are you a civil servant? Faith is looking up to your Father in heaven for supplies of needs and faithlessness is cutting corners to make ends meet.
Let us all be strong in faith, for no matter how laudable what we do is, if it is a product of faithlessness, it is displeasing to God.
May we not at this time lose our faith thereby living a life that displeases God our Father in Jesus' name.
