MAN'S RESPONSIBILITY IN SALVATION - Voice of Restoration

"It is God who has worked in us. He himself has made us what we are. He had already prepared good things for us to do. And he has joined us with Christ Jesus so that we can do those good things." Eph. 2:10 EasyEnglish version
Just as it is Jehovah God's part to give His only begotten Son for the salvation of mankind (John 3:16) and it is man's part to receive the Son so as to become son of God (John 1:14) for man to actually be saved. So also is it Jehovah God's responsibility to supply grace to enable man to carry out the works for which he was saved and it is man's responsibility to utilize grace in doing the work. Else, the purpose of God for saving man and preserving man in this world will be in vain.
Jehovah God has done His part in Christ, it is every man's part to work out his salvation with fear and trembling (Phil.2:12) by utilizing the power of grace to live righteously, holy, soberly and godly in this present world (Titus 2:11-14). These are the good works prepared for us to carry out from the foundation of the world.
May we not be underutilizers or abusers of grace but utilizers and maximizers of it in Jesus' name.
